The first fliers I did for Stampede were done in Canva. The drawings were by hand and then imported into from photos. I did these in 2025.

Only six months later and I like my new design a lot more (yellow/green background). Pinterest has been really helpful as a reference. It is a tool I haven’t used in a long time. But, here we are and I found this old b&w photo of people dancing. I love the movement lines.

I went with really bold colors here. They’re mostly from a pack of colors in a Riso print library from Retro Supply. Risograph is a older print technique that this package helps you replicate but you can still use a modern print shop. I wanted to use their package and do a different design. But, that direction just didn’t work. So, we ended up here and but I used their color swatches nonetheless.
